In this paper, we investigate the global attractivity of the difference equation x n +1 = A − Bx n −2 C + Dx n −1 , n = 0 , 1 , . . . , where A , B are nonnegative real numbers, C , D are positive real numbers and C + Dx n −1 = 0 for all n ≥ 0.
