This paper deals with new sequence spaces Xðr;s; t;DÞ for X 2 fl1; c; c0g defined by using generalized means and difference operator. It is shown that these spaces are complete normed linear spaces and the spaces Xðr;s;t; DÞ for X 2 fc; c0g have Schauder basis. Furthermore, the a-, b-, c-duals of these sequence spaces are computed and also established necessary and sufficient conditions for matrix transformations from Xðr;s; t;DÞ to X.
